Our stay at the hotel was fantastic value for money, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was beautiful with stunning views of the mountains, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us, especially during our car troubles.

Pros of my stay at this amazing hotel:

Very good hotel with nice rooms and view to El Teide. We liked the responsible comerce policy they apply : good quality food,with good supply but no waist ! The same for the room : very clean good and nice furniture. Is a bit far away from the Puerto de la Cruz but near the Botanic Garden of the city wich is the hidden pearl of Tenerife! Good to know !

The attention and services. Very very quite and beautiful view to el teide!. The swimming pool was good. The food could be improved a little bit but it is acceptable for the money paid per day. Also, we liked the misic garden, mini golf, children park. In general very good.

The rooms at Blue Sea Costa Jardin & Spa are totally amazing! I stayed in the double room and it had everything I needed. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the free Wi-Fi was a real bonus. But the best part was the round bathtub in the same room - I could relax and enjoy a warm bath right there in my own space. It was truly luxurious and made me feel pampered!

Personally, I didn't enjoy the sofa bed in the double room. It wasn't as comfortable as the single beds and I found it a bit difficult to sleep on.

Staff are very helpful, and facilities are excellent. Really Really Enjoyed our stay. (excellent) although Hotel is a bit outdated with its furniture!

I wasn't satisfy with the cleaning conditions,they didn't bring to us clean towels for 3 days and the same with the shids,,

We had a relaxing stay on holiday.

Our rooms were spotless and immaculate, with funky bedding. The breakfast had plenty of food and it was large and inclusive.
